Lessening our environmental footprint is at the core of everything we do at The Balcony Garden. Being in the garden industry, we wanted to make sure we were positively contributing to our customers lives.
What are the anticipated benefits of your carbon neutral certification?
The anticipated benefits is to not only improve our environmental impact, but will also allow our manufacturing processes to become more efficient, which will eventually improve our overall supply chain.

A wind-farm project in China.
How can the customers support you?
Through purchasing our products online via our website. We also have showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne.
What else are you doing to reduce emissions?
We’re constantly searching for new ways to reduce our footprint such as the way we package our products, moving towards battery powered machinery and constantly refining the way our products are manufactured.
What advice would you give to a business considering certification?
Go for it! It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that everything we do from an organisational level right through to our products is 100% carbon neutral. It’s a net positive gain for everything such as our team’s motivation to customer satisfaction.
